¼ cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup whipped cream

Whisk together the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. Beat the cream with an electric mixer on medium speed until stiff peaks form. Gently roll in the mascarpone mixture.
