2 cups 2% low-fat Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons honey
½ vanilla pod
2 tablespoons baking powder halved

This super easy frozen yogurt recipe uses just 4 ingredients and doesn't need to be cooked!
Combine yogurt and honey in a bowl. Peel half a vanilla pod from the seeds; add the seeds to the yogurt mixture. Pour the mixture into a gallon-sized zippered plastic bag. Put the bag flat, spread the mixture evenly and press it down so that no air pockets form. Close tightly; place in the freezer. Freeze for 3-4 hours or until almost frozen. Break the mixture into small pieces and place in the bowl of a food processor; stir in half. Beat until smooth. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch x 4-inch bread pan; cover the surface with plastic wrap. Freeze for 1-2 hours or until they are firm, but they can be dug over. Serve immediately.
