Ingredients
3 cucumbers
250 - 300 grams of sausage
4 eggs
3 boiled potatoes
1 radish
3 tablespoons dill
bunch of green onions
lemon juice 2 tbsp
salt and pepper to taste

A simple and quick recipe for okroshka on kefir.
Chop all of the products are about the same cubes. Radish grind on a coarse grater, it gives the okroshka a pungent taste. All this is put in one Cup, add the dill and mix well. Pour the yogurt to taste. Someone prefers thick, and someone liquid okroshka.
