Oreo truffles are an easy way to impress your guests at your next party. Guests will never have to know that only four ingredients are required for cooking!
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.Put half of the Oreos in a food processor and chop them into fine crumbs. Transfer the crumbs to a large bowl and repeat with the other half of the Oreos.Add the cream cheese and use a rubber spatula to crush the crumbs into the cream cheese. The texture should resemble wet sand and retain its shape when rolled into a ball.Roll the Oreo mixture into 1-inch-thick balls and place on the prepared baking tray. Freeze for 1-2 hours or until the truffles are set.Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl according to the instructions on the package. Dip the truffles in the chocolate, if necessary sprinkle the truffles with chocolate to coat, and remove with a fork. Place the truffles back on the baking sheet. Once the chocolate has set, cut off any puddles or chocolate paths with a sharp knife.
