Orzo with Spinach and Feta

5 cups coarsely chopped spinach
1 cup (4 oz) shredded feta cheese
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
