Pear and Prosciutto Pizza

Ingredients
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 cups vertically sliced sweet onion Oso or other sweet onion
1 (12 oz) pre-baked pizza crust (such as "Mama Mary")
½ cup (2 oz) grated provolone cheese
1 medium pear, thinly sliced
2 oz prosciutto, cut into thin strips
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, toasted
1 ½ cups fresh arugula leaves
1 teaspoon sherry vinegar
To make
Place the peppered arugula on a base of creamy sweet caramelized onions. Also add reasonable amounts of salted prosciutto, cheese, and walnuts.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion to the skillet; cover and cook for 3 minutes.
