Pear, Brie, and Balsamic Bruschetta

Ingredients

1 (4 oz) french wholemeal bread baguette
3 ounces brie
1 ripe Bartlett pear
2 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

To make

This bruschetta is both sweet with pear slices and honey, and savory with brie and balsamic sprinkles.
Cut the baguette into 8 thin slices; place on a baking sheet greased with cooking spray. Toast the bread in the broiler for 3 minutes or until golden brown, turning the slices halfway through. Remove from the oven.Reduce the oven temperature to 400 degrees. Spread the brie cheese on toast; place on a jelly roll tin. Bake at 400 ° C for 3 minutes. Slice the pears into thin slices; place 3-4 slices on top of each piece of toast. Combine honey and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Pour 1/2 teaspoon of the honey-balsamic mixture over each slice of toast.
