Meat for broth (pork, chicken, beef, you can pulp or ribs)
Sorrel-2 bundles

Bay leaf - 2 PCs.

Today we will prepare sorrel soup with egg, it turns out tender, healthy and light, with a pleasant acidity. Quite simple, but very tasty. You can cook soup on meat, vegetable broth or water. This is the choice of the hostess. In cold water put the meat and put on the fire. Remove the foam, reduce the heat and cook on low heat under the lid for the necessary time. The broth is ready. Put the diced potatoes and cook for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, fry in vegetable oil chopped onions with grated carrots. Sorrel well washed, cut the stems, and cut the leaves into narrow strips. In the pot with the potatoes sent and sauté two minutes, add the sorrel. Boil for one minute. You can also add onions, dill or other herbs. Put the Bay leaf, beat the eggs in a bowl. The resulting mixture is poured into the soup and stir continuously. You can add chopped hard-boiled eggs, who like it better. Then salt, pepper, let boil and immediately turn off the stove. Let the soup stand for at least five minutes and serve with sour cream.
