2 cups all-purpose flour
⅔ cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup softened butter
½ cup thickly packed brown sugar
½ cup honey
⅔ cup butter
3 tablespoons whipped cream
3 ½ cups coarsely chopped pecans

Place the mixture on the bottom and 1 1/2 inches up the sides of a lightly greased 13-inch x 9-inch baking dish.Bake at 350 ° C for 20 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
