Penne with Tuna, Capers and Beans

Ingredients
Salt and pepper
12 oz penne
1.5 oz. you can pan tuna in oil, do not drain
1 15 1/2 oz canned cannellini beans, peeled and rinsed
2 tablespoons chopped capers
2 teaspoons lemon juice
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
A few fresh basil leaves, cut into large pieces
To make
In a large saucepan, bring the salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 11 minutes, or as directed on the package.Transfer the tuna and oil from the jar to a small heatproof bowl and gently mash with a fork. Add the beans, capers, and lemon juice. Stir, being careful not to crush the beans. Pour 1/2 cup of boiling water into the pasta pot.Drain the pasta and return to the pan. Add the tuna mixture and olive oil; mix gently. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese, sprinkle with basil, and serve warm.
