2 cups vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 cup canned shredded pineapple juice, without skin
¼ cup light coconut milk
⅛ to 1/4 teaspoon bottled ground fresh ginger (such as Spice World)
6 ice cubes

A frothy drink based on South Indian yogurt, lassi often contains seasonal fruits and spices. According to this recipe, the drink turns out to be slightly more liquid than a regular smoothie.
