Popcorn-Marshmallow Pops

Ingredients
12 cups regular popcorn (about 2/3 cup grains)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, plus more for your hands
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 10-ounce bag of marshmallows
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup vegetable oil
10 ice cream sticks
To make
Place the popcorn in a large bowl. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add vanilla, marshmallows and salt. Continue mixing until smooth.Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and stir with a wooden spoon to coat. Brush your hands with a thin layer of softened butter, then shape the popcorn mixture into 10 balls and place on a sheet of parchment or waxed paper. Shape M & Ms dough balls to stick together. Insert 1 ice cream stick into each ball. Serve immediately. (Put them in buckets to make them look like flower arrangements.)
