Tacos are always a great dish to eat with your hands. According to this recipe, your pork is perfectly tender and crushed in a slow cooker.
In a 4-6-quart slow cooker, combine the salsa, ground chili pepper, oregano, cocoa, and 1 teaspoon salt. Add the pork and turn it over to coat.Cook under the lid until the meat is tender and easily falls apart, on high heat for 4-5 hours, or on low for 7-8 hours.Twenty minutes before serving, preheat the oven to 350 ° F. Fold in the tortillas, wrap them in foil, and bake until they are warmed through, about 15 minutes.Meanwhile, using 2 forks, chop the pork and add to the cooking liquid. Serve with tortillas, coriander, sour cream, lime and extra salsa.Tip: When using a slow cooker, do not give in to the urge to lift the lid until the dish is cooked in the minimum time specified in the recipe. Each slice allows you to remove heat and can increase the cooking time by as much as half an hour.
