Ingredients

2 cups store-bought salsa and some more to serve
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Kosher salt
1/2-pound boneless pork leg or shoulder blade, stripped of excess fat
18 corn tortillas
½ cup fresh coriander sprigs
¾ cup sour cream
1 lime, sliced

Tacos are always a great dish to eat with your hands. According to this recipe, your pork is perfectly tender and crushed in a slow cooker.
In a 4-6-quart slow cooker, combine the salsa, ground chili pepper, oregano, cocoa, and 1 teaspoon salt. Add the pork and turn it over to coat.Cook under the lid until the meat is tender and easily falls apart, on high heat for 4-5 hours, or on low for 7-8 hours.Twenty minutes before serving, preheat the oven to 350 ° F.
