Quick Pickled Shrimp

Ingredients
1 lemon, thinly sliced

We like instant shrimp because the recipe uses pre-cooked shrimp that are marinated in a savory sauce for only 2 hours.
Combine the lemon slices, onion, olive oil, vinegar, dill, parsley, creole seasoning, and garlic in a large bowl; transfer to a zippered plastic freezer bag. Add the prawns, turning them over to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours. Remove the shrimp, discarding the marinade. Sprinkle the shrimp with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
