Raspberry Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients
2 cups vanilla low-fat yogurt
½ cup whole milk
¼ cup sugar
1 pack (10 oz) frozen raspberries in light syrup, defrosted
Fresh raspberries (optional)

This light, refreshing frozen yogurt is the perfect end to a multi-course meal. Serve with biscotti and garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; stir until the sugar is dissolved.Put the defrosted raspberries in a blender; whisk until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine sieve into a bowl. Remove the bones. Add the puree to the yogurt mixture.Pour the raspberry mixture into the ice cream freezer; freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions. Spoon into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze for 1 hour or until set. Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.
