Ingredients
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup frozen raspberries
¼ cup frozen mango, chopped
¼ cup chilled orange-mango juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon vanilla whey powder, optional
Side dishes: muesli, raspberries
To make
Cool down with a refreshing raspberry and mango smoothie. This frozen drink has excellent flavor and nutrients.
If desired, combine the first 5 ingredients and dry whey powder in an unbreakable wide-necked glass. Whisk with an immersion blender until smooth. If necessary, drizzle with the juice. Decorate if desired.
