Roasted Salmon with Dijon-Dill Sauce

Ingredients

3 tablespoons low-fat plain Greek yogurt 2%
1 ½ tablespoons canola mayonnaise
1 ½ tablespoons dijon mustard
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
4 (6 oz each) fresh or frozen organic salmon fillets (such as wild Alaskan), skinless
Cooking Spray
Sprigs of fresh dill

To make

Spicy Dijon sauce and aromatic dill are classic combinations for salmon. The creamy frosting helps keep the fish moist.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.Mix the first 8 ingredients together. Place the fish, skin side down, on a foil-lined baking sheet greased with cooking spray. Brush the fish with the yogurt mixture. Bake at 425 ° C for 10 minutes or until the desired degree of readiness. Top with dill sprigs.
