Sesame Cabbage and Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 ½ tablespoons dark sesame oil, divided
6 oz chopped shiitake mushroom caps
4 cups thinly sliced napa cabbage
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup coriander leaves
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

We like a quick Chinese appetizer with meat shiitakes, soy sauce, sesame seeds and tender crispy deep-fried cabbage.
Preheat a large skillet over high heat. Add 2 tablespoons butter; stir to coat. Add the mushrooms; stir-fry for 4 minutes or until lightly browned. Add the cabbage; cook for 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat. Add the remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons of oil, soy sauce, and pepper; toss to combine. Sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds.
