Shake in a Bag Ice Cream

Ingredients
½ cup whole milk
½ cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Large zip-up bags
Small zip-up bags
Ice
Coarse salt

The easiest way to make ice cream. Just put ice and salt in a large zip-up bag along with a smaller bag filled with ice cream mix, shake and voila! Serve soft! If you want to add other flavorings, chocolate syrup, jam, extracts, etc. do not hesitate. Do not add any coarse-grained additives, such as cookies, nuts, or chips, until the ice cream is ready.
Put all the ice cream ingredients in a small bag and stir to mix well. Fill a larger bag about 1/3 full with ice and add 2 tablespoons of salt. Put it in an ice cream bag and add enough ice to cover it. Seal the package.Shake out the crumbs for 10 minutes. Put on gloves, because it will cool down.Take a small bag out of a large one and either pour it into cones or squeeze it into bowls and decorate as desired. Eat quickly, as it will melt about twice as fast as regular ice cream, since it has no stabilizers.
