Shrimp-and-Crab Nachos

Ingredients
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 pound peeled, pitted shrimp
2-3 teaspoons toasted ground cumin
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pound crab meat, peeled and shelled
¾ cup sour cream
1 bunch chopped green onion
1 bag yellow, white, or blue tortilla corn chips (9 oz)
3 cups grated pepper cheese
½ cup chopped pickled jalapeno
To make
Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the prawns, cumin and garlic; simmer for 3 minutes or until the prawns are pink.Combine the cooked shrimp, crab, sour cream, and spring onions in a large bowl.Place the tortilla chips on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Top with the shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and top with jalapenos.Bake 5 to 6 inches from the heat for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
