The best way to enjoy summer flavors all year round.While we adore the recipe they're based on (flavorful tomatoes sauteed by David Bonhom in December 2009), we wanted to update faster. So, instead of plum tomatoes, we went for small grape tomatoes, which are fried to a concentrated sweetness less than twice as fast. Serve as a side dish, on crostini with ricotta as an appetizer, or with pasta and butter on the main course.
