Snickerdoodle Puppy Chow

A simple mix of cinnamon and sugar complements this version of the classic puppy chow, giving it the taste of freshly baked cookies. Put it in jars with a label and a bow, and you will get a festive snack that you can give as a gift.
Place the cereal in a large bowl; set aside.In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and granulated sugar. Set aside.Place the white chocolate pieces in a small glass bowl suitable for the microwave; cook in the microwave for 1 minute or until the chocolate begins to melt. Remove from the microwave and stir to combine. Preheat in the microwave for another 30 seconds and mix until smooth.Add the white chocolate to the cereal in the bowl; mix gently to coat evenly. Transfer the mixture to a large zippered plastic bag. Add the cinnamon and sugar mixture to the bag. Close the bag and shake to mix. Add the powdered sugar to the sachet. Seal the bag; shake until the cereal mixture is completely covered. Transfer the mixture to a baking tray lined with waxed paper; cool completely. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
