Soba Noodle Salad with Seared Tuna

Ingredients
6 oz raw soba (buckwheat noodles)
Cooking Spray
1 1lb tuna sushi steak
½ teaspoon salt, divided
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 cup finely chopped english cucumber
1 cup grated carrot
½ cup chopped radishes

To make
Look for Japanese soba noodles in the ethnic cuisine section of your supermarket.
Prepare the noodles according to the directions on the package; drain and rinse under cold water. Drain; set aside.Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brush the mold with cooking spray. Sprinkle the tuna on both sides with 1/4 teaspoon salt and black pepper. Add the tuna to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until desired browning. Transfer to a platter; cool slightly. Cut the tuna into 6 equal pieces.Combine the noodles, remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, cucumber, and other ingredients, except sesame seeds, in a large bowl; mix well. Place 1 cup of the noodle mixture on each of the 6 plates. Sprinkle each serving with 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds and 1 slice of tuna.
