Sour Cream Apple Pie

Ingredients
1 unroasted 9-inch pie shell
1 cup sour cream
1 large egg
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
6 Medium Golden Delicious Apples (2 1/2 pounds)
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup light brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ teaspoon cinnamon
