Spicy Beef and Bell Pepper Stir-Fry

Ingredients
1 tablespoon canola oil
12 oz side steak, sliced diagonally across the fibers in thin slices
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 ½ tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 tablespoon minced fresh peeled ginger
2 teaspoons garlic chili sauce (such as Lee Kum Ki)
4 green onions, cut into 2-inch thick slices
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds

Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Pour the oil into the pan; stir to coat. Transfer the steak to the skillet; cook for 2 minutes, sauteing on one side. Add the bell pepper; cook for 2 minutes or until the beef loses its pink color, stirring constantly. Remove the beef mixture from the pan.Add soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and garlic chili sauce to the pan; bring to a boil. Cook for 1 minute or until slightly thickened. Add the beef mixture and spring onions to the pan; mix well to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
