Stuffed Celery

Ingredients
¾ cup shredded smoked gouda (about 4 ounces)
2 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 ½ teaspoons dijon mustard
2 ounces chopped ham
¼ cup chopped green olives, pitted
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

8 large celery ribs, cut into 1 1/2-inch thick slices
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
To make
Serve stuffed celery as a light side dish. This filling is also great as a sauce. Whisk in a food processor until creamy and serve with crudits or pita chips.
In a food processor, combine the gouda, cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, ham, olives, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Taste and season with pepper.Using a small knife, carefully spread the filling over the celery pieces (alternatively, spoon into a large zippered bag, close the bag and cut off a corner, or use a pastry bag with a simple tip to pour the filling into the celery). Sprinkle with green onions and serve.
