Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter
1 (10 oz) kg marshmallows
6-7 cups crispy rice flakes
12 popsicle sticks
½ cup melted white chocolate chips
Optional: mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

For guaranteed effect, decorate these delicious treats with beetle candies or sprinkles in the shape and colors of Halloween.
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add the marshmallows; cook, stirring, until melted. Remove from the heat; stir in the flakes until well coated. Spread evenly on a lightly greased 13-inch x 9-inch baking dish. Cool slightly; cut into 12 bars. Insert a stick into each one; place on waxed paper to cool. Dip in melted chocolate to coat; allow to cool. Dip in melted chocolate to coat; allow to cool slightly and drizzle with melted white chocolate. If desired, immediately sprinkle them with mini chips. That makes a dozen.
