Tequila Slaw with Lime and Cilantro

Ingredients
¼ cup canola mayonnaise (like Hellmann's)
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon silver tequila
2 teaspoons sugar
¼ teaspoon kosher salt

To make
Take a bag of packaged cabbage salad mix and you will save time on slicing cabbage and chopping carrots. A drop of tequila adds zest and complexity to the cabbage (we strongly recommend that you don't lose sight of it), and lime juice adds zest to the cabbage. Serve on a taco, next to barbecue chicken, with grilled steak, or with burgers.
