Three courgettes
Carrots – a couple of pieces
A couple of onions
One pepper sweet
Five fresh tomatoes
Six young potatoes
Garlic – 4 cloves (young garlic is ideal). It will give a special taste and aroma
Oil (vegetable)
Salt and pepper are added to taste

To make

Proceed to the preparation of ingredients for cooking vegetable stew with courgette. Begin to finely cut the onion. Then rub three carrots on a coarse grater. 

Heat the pan and add some oil. Put the same and the onion which has been finely chopped. Also put the carrots in the pan. Let the vegetables fry a little.

At this time, cut large potatoes and add it to the pan. Take sweet pepper and cut it into thin strips. Then add to the pan. 

Now take three courgette and clean them. Try to get out of there all the bones. Сourgette should be cut into small cubes. Add courgette to the rest of the vegetables and fry for fifteen minutes. 

Take tomatoes and cut them in half. Then cut them into semicircles and add to the pan with the vegetables. Add different seasonings and salt to taste. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the stew. Then mix well all in a frying pan and put it on a small fire. Next, cover the pan with a lid and leave it for twenty minutes to stew. Twenty minutes later the pan remove from heat.

Vegetable stew with courgettes and potatoes is ready.
