2 onions, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
6 cups chicken stock
6 15 1/2-ounce cans of Great Northern beans, peeled and rinsed
3 5-ounce cans of chicken, drained
2 4-ounce cans diced green chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
¼ teaspoon white pepper
1 12 oz. container with sour cream
3 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese

To make

As a nice addition to a traditional chili, reheat this delicious white chicken option that will keep everyone coming back for a few seconds.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute the onion in oil until soft. Add the remaining ingredients, except sour cream and cheese.Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring frequently, until completely warmed up.Just before serving, add sour cream and cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted.
