Bookmark this page
Ingredients
1 cup softened butter
1 (2 lb) pack powdered sugar
½ cup plus 2 tbsp coffee liqueur
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
⅛ a teaspoon of salt
To make
The White Russian Glaze cocktail is usually made from vodka, coffee liqueur and cream. This version of the cream-frosted cocktail contains coffee liqueur, but no vodka. Use it to freeze puff pastry cakes or cupcakes, vanilla or chocolate.
Beat the butter with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy; gradually add the powdered sugar alternately with the coffee liqueur, whisking on low speed until smooth after each addition. Add vanilla and salt.
