Say hello to the simplest bread recipe in the world. The secret ingredient of this bread gives it a great taste. When cooked in a roaster, a perfectly crispy crust is obtained.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, rosemary, and pepper. Dissolve the yeast in warm wine, add water to the wine and mix all the liquid with the dry ingredients until smooth. Don't mix too much. Cover the bowl with a towel and set in a warm place to rise for 16 hours. After 16 hours, roll the dough so that the top is tucked in the center and the bottom is on top. Transfer it to a bowl, cover and let rise for 2 hours. When you have 30 minutes left to cook, put the roaster in the oven at 450 degrees. Let it warm up for 30 minutes. Once it's warmed up, remove the pan from the oven, pour in the olive oil, and stir to coat. Place the bread in a baking dish, sprinkle with the remaining kosher salt, cover and bake for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
