Zesty Honey-Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon lemon zest
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1 squeezed garlic clove
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
⅓ cup of olive oil
To make
Serve this salad dressing with fresh herbs or drizzle with stewed green beans, asparagus or broccoli.
Whisk together the chopped fresh parsley and the following 7 ingredients in a small bowl. Add the butter in a slow, even trickle, whisking constantly until smooth. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. If it is cold, let it stand at room temperature for 15 minutes. Whisk well before serving.
