Air Fryer Hamburgers

Ingredients

1 pound 85/15 lean ground beef
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
1/2 tsp chopped onion
2 (1/2-ounce) slices of cheddar or American cheese (optional)
2 toasted sesame seed buns
Additional toppings: mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, kosher pickled cucumbers with dill, chopped white onion, crushed iceberg lettuce, sliced tomato for steak, cooked bacon.

To make

Using a deep fryer to make juicy, flavorful burgers is so easy that you may never want to cook them any other way again! Making these burgers hassle-free and hands-free is quick and easy, and they can be adjusted to fit your existing deep fryer dimensions. Experiment with your favorite fillings to prepare a dinner to your liking that will appeal to the whole family.
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 ° F for 5 minutes. Using your hands, gently combine the beef, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, paprika, minced garlic, and chopped onion in a large bowl. Form 2 patties (1 inch thick). Make a thumbprint in the center of each patty.Place the patties in a roasting pan about 1 inch apart. Cook until they are browned and reach the desired degree of roasting, 9 to 10 minutes (for medium-roasting, cook at 165 °). Transfer to a cutting board and sprinkle cheese on top, if using. Cover with aluminum foil and leave for 5 minutes. Fill the buns with the filling as desired.
