Ingredients
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon ground red pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon curry powder
3 garlic cloves, minced
8 chicken thighs (6 oz.) without skin

Lime wedges (optional)
Green onion tops (optional)

Light up the grill to make this quick and healthy Asian BBQ chicken recipe.
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large zippered plastic bag; add the chicken. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours, turning occasionally.Prepare the grill.Remove the chicken from the bag, reserving the marinade. Pour the marinade into a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook for 1 minute.Place the chicken on a grill rack greased with cooking spray; cook for 20 minutes or until tender, turning frequently and drizzling with marinade. Garnish with lime wedges and green onion tops if desired.
