Bookmark this page
Ingredients
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
½ tablespoon honey
½ tablespoon fresh lime juice
½ teaspoon minced ginger
1 large garlic clove, crushed
8 thin pork chops, sliced in the center (about 1 3/4 pounds).
2 chopped green onions
To make
Marinate pork chops in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, lime juice, and ginger to quickly and easily add an Asian flavor.
Combine soy sauce, oil, honey, lime juice, ginger, and garlic in a large zippered bag. Add the pork chops, squeeze out the air, seal and flip to coat the pork. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.Prepare the grill or grease the grill pan and put it on medium heat. When the pork is hot, add the chops and cook until golden brown, just about 7 minutes, turning once. Transfer the chops to a platter and let stand for 3 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with green onions.
