Ingredients
4 small bananas
⅓ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup miniature marshmallows
To make
Preheat the oven to 300ºF. Slice each banana lengthwise through the skin on one side, being careful not to cut the banana completely. Fill each cut with chocolate chips and marshmallows.Wrap each banana in aluminum foil, place vertically on a baking sheet, and bake until the chocolate and marshmallows melt, 10-15 minutes. Unwrap and serve immediately.
