Banana Bread with Chocolate Glaze

2 large egg whites
9 ounces unbleached all-purpose flour (about 2 cups)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.Combine the sugar and butter in a bowl; beat with a mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add the banana, milk, sour cream and egg whites.Spoon flour into dry measuring cups; smooth with a knife. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt, stirring with a whisk. Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture; beat until smooth (do not interrupt). Spoon the batter into a 9-inch x 5-inch metal baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 ° C for 1 hour or until a wooden stick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes on a wire rack; remove from the pan.
