Ingredients

1 cup oatmeal
¾ cup old-fashioned oatmeal
½ teaspoon baking powder
⅓ a teaspoon of baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup raw sugar
⅓ cup canola oil
⅓ cup of plain soy milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
½ ripe banana, cut into small pieces
¼ cup chopped walnuts or other favorite nutmeg powder
чашка cup of semi-sweet vegan chocolate chips (for example, of tropical origin)

These are wonderful gluten-free cookies, vegan and also incredibly delicious. If you follow a strict gluten-free lifestyle, make sure that your baking powder is gluten-free, as some varieties contain negligible amounts of gluten.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine the first 6 ingredients (with sugar) in a bowl. Whisk together the butter, soy milk, and vanilla in a separate bowl. Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients; mix until smooth. Add the banana, walnuts and chocolate chips.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the dough on the mold with a small ice cream spoon. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown, turning the pan halfway around. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
