Banana-Pecan Smoothies

Ingredients
1 ½ cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 large ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
1 cup of ice
½ cup finely chopped toasted pecans
½ cup milk
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
To make
Whisk the yogurt, bananas, ice cream, pecans, milk, honey, and cinnamon in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
