Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
5 tablespoons sweet pickle seasoning
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 teaspoons fish sauce

This dish perfectly combines fish sauce, lime, sugar, sharpness and piquancy. Don't skimp when it comes to buying fish sauce: cheap sauces may taste harsh, but high-quality sauce will last for a long time. Try it on a sandwich with lots of raw vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, radishes, sprouts, avocado) and low-fat protein, such as grilled chicken breast or pork tenderloin. Or, since it slightly resembles tartare sauce, pair it with crunchy seafood.
Whisk all the ingredients in a bowl. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
