Ingredients
1 (4 oz) pack softened cream cheese
8 oz soft goat cheese, room temperature
¼ cup pesto
2 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
8 pitted olives, sliced
32 peppercorns
32 Triangular Blue corn Chips or freeform wings made from leftover Ghost Chips Tortillas

These small pieces of bat have an adult-friendly flavor thanks to a blend of goat cheese, cream cheese, and pesto. Kids will love shaping bats ' bodies, decorating their faces, and making them wings. Make it easier by preparing almost everything in advance.
Combine cream cheese, goat cheese and pesto in a puree. Refrigerate for 40 minutes.Shape the mixture into 16 2-inch-diameter balls, about 1 teaspoon heaped each. Roll in the black pepper and poppy seeds to coat. Form two olive slices into eye balls and place the peppercorns in the middle of the pupils.Arrange pieces on both sides of the wing ball; serve.
