Blueberry Lemon Monkey Bread

Ingredients
1 pound cold, freshly made pizza dough
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup melted unsalted butter
1 tablespoon lemon zest plus 2 tablespoons fresh juice (from 2 lemons), divided
1 cup fresh blueberries (6 ounces)
1 cup powdered sugar
To make
Cut the dough into 1-inch-thick pieces and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine the sugar, melted butter, and lemon zest in a large bowl. Add the cooled dough pieces and blueberries; mix gently to coat.Transfer the dough mixture to a non-stick bread pan that has been greased with cooking spray. Let stand in a warm place until the dough is slightly swollen, about 40 minutes.Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 20 minutes. Leave in the pan for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice. Remove the bread from the pan and sprinkle with the powdered sugar mixture.
