Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each) (about 1 inch thick)
Cooking Spray
¾ teaspoon kosher salt, divided
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons low-fat plain Greek yogurt 2%
3 tablespoons canola mayonnaise
1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh dill
1 ½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon minced fresh garlic

Eco-friendly choice.At the counter, you can find several salmon options; choose from Atlantic salmon raised on organic farms, coho salmon raised in the United States, or wild Alaskan salmon. Serve on top of the prepared farro.
Preheat the grill to high heat.Place the fish fillets, skin side down, on a baking sheet greased with cooking spray. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper evenly over the fish. Bake for 7 minutes or until just cooked through.While the fish is cooking, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, and garlic in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk until smooth. Serve the fish with the sauce.
