Butterscotch-Caramel Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

½ cup softened butter
⅓ cup of toffee with caramel filling
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅛ a teaspoon of salt
1 pack powdered sugar (16 oz)
1 to 3 tablespoons of milk

To make

Try this creamy caramel frosting for your favorite recipe cake. If you like a lot of frosting (or just want to lick the bowl), double the recipe.
Beat the first 4 ingredients with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.Gradually add the powdered sugar alternately with 1 tablespoon of milk, whisking on low speed until smooth after each addition. Whisk until the desired consistency is obtained with the addition of 2 tablespoons of milk.Note: For testing purposes only, we used topping with toffee and caramel flavored ingredients prepared according to a special Smucker's recipe.
