Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts
1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbell's® condensed chicken soup (regular or no 98% fat)
1 ½ cups water
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups raw instant white rice
2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets

In this light pan-fried dinner, chicken, broccoli and rice are simmered in a creamy sauce made with Campbell\'s®condensed cream chicken Soup.
HEAT the oil in a large skillet. Cook the chicken for 10 minutes. or until browned. Remove the chicken.ADD the soup, water, paprika and pepper. Bring to a boil.ADD the rice and broccoli. Return the chicken to the pan. Sprinkle the chicken with paprika and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. or until the chicken is ready.advice: * For a more creamy dish, use 1 1/2 cups of rice.
