Cantonese Spinach with Garlic

Ingredients

2 tablespoons canola oil
8 medium garlic cloves, peeled and minced
1 pound pre-washed spinach
1 tablespoon rice wine
¾ teaspoon sugar
¾ teaspoon salt

To make


Heat the oil in a wok or nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic; cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add half of the spinach; stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the remaining spinach; stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the wine, sugar and salt; stir-fry for 1 minute.
