Caper-Lemon Remoulade

Ingredients
⅓ cup mayonnaise
чашка cup of plain Greek yogurt (not fat-free)
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
½ teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped dried capers
2 tablespoons chopped gherkins or gherkins
1 ½ teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon
1 green onion, finely chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
To make
In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, lemon zest and juice, capers, gherkins, tarragon and green onions. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with prawns.
