Ingredients
¼ cup unsalted butter
10 oz marshmallows
4 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped
3 tablespoons skimmed milk powder
5 cups of Chirios multigrain cereal
1 cup chopped freeze-dried strawberries

Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add the marshmallows and chocolate; cook for 7 minutes or until the mixture melts, stirring constantly. Add the powdered milk, cereal, and strawberries. Place the mixture in a 13-inch x 9-inch glass or ceramic baking dish coated with cooking spray; refrigerate for 10 minutes or until set. Cut into 20 bars.
