Cheese Dill Scones

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup cold unsalted butter, sliced
1 cup (4 oz) grated extra-spicy cheddar
¼ cup (2 oz) grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped green onion
¼ cup chopped dill
½ cup low-fat milk
